Like many good sons, Tom Weikel tends to his elderly mother's lawn. Welding together a wrought iron fence from scratch? No problem. Mom wants an arbor? Mom gets an arbor. But Weikel, a 57-year-old Delhi Township resident, does all this sitting in his wheelchair.
